And there is many various methods to achieve that goal, for example: using of apple cider vinegar, yerba mate, chrome, et cetera. As an effect the hunger decreases, metabolism quickens its pace, the size of stomach shrinks. It is enough to eat not so much to feel satiety. Sometimes it is even like 'forgetting' about eating...
If so, why for some people it is SUCH DIFFICULT TO LOSE WEIGHT?
Let us say the truth – IT IS NOT DIFFICULT TO LOSE WEIGHT AT ALL. IT IS DIFFICULT TO STOP EATING.
To supplement SOMETHING with food... To protect oneself with food... To let oneself on eating...
In this moment we do not know what an important need stands behind your overeating. But it must be one of so called primary needs, anchored in the deep (old) brain's structures (for example in its core). That is why it is so difficult to get rid of an impulse of automatic eating and replace it with eating which is conscious!
Ask yourself: how much consciously am I eating? Am I choosing the amount, quality, hour of the meal? Am I eating always in silence, gratefully, and carefully ruminating?
WE ARE AGAINST RESTRAINING THE PLEASURE OF EATING BY THE WILL POWER OR THROUGH SUBMITTING YOUR IMPULSES TO so called COMMON SENSE. IT DOES NOT WORK!
Instead, works an observation (as mentioned above). Do not change anything, but be aware what, how and when you eat. What are you feeling then? What are you thinking? The fact of observation itself change the observed phenomena.

Most often it is the most basic need: A NEED OF SECURITY and another needs are related to it. It is worth, to ask yourself: Who or what disturbs my feeling of safety? Why I am compensating that lack for eating? From what/whom am I sheltering myself? With whom/what I do not want to be involved?
Unfortunately, the awareness of the causes alone will not be enough. You need the new neuron paths. New emotional, mental and behavioral habits.
To start with, we recommend activities for the people with nutrition problems. Three days of stay in one place, with our therapists keeping their eye on you and with the group, will help you to get rid off the layers... the lies which you are feeding yourself, to excuse for your helplessness. You will see also that YOU DO NOT HAVE TO EXCUSE YOURSELF FOR ANYTHING, you do not have to bear the consciousness of guilt, blaming yourself and then... the hormones, hypermarkets, fast-foods, family, parents …again yourself... In general, nobody and nothing.
It may be a first mile-step to bear responsibility, to see if you have a choice and also, who inside you does have that choice and who does not.
We cannot forget also about the body. We will prepare for you the diet, which will not be only a path of unneeded surrenders, but which will also respect some of your taste preferences. But let us do not delude you, that these are going to be candies and carbohydrates in high doses! The rest always comes under negotiations.
The most important is the psychology of obesity, which takes into consideration all of the neurochemistry of your organism.
Thanks to that, you will also get rid of the folds and bumpies; on the way which leads to the natural beauty of your body.
