TSA-LUNG AN ANCIENT TECHNIQUE FOR MODERN YOGINS
We cordially welcome to the magical, unforgettable weekend, at the picturesque surroundings of rocks, nature and the friendly Ghosts of Highland, in Jerzmanowice near Cracow, and close to the Bats Cave.
Here, in our place, are being run the activities of Tsa Lung, the ancient technique of meditation on body and breath. These are the practices for the modern yogis – those, who search for the possibility to make changes in their lives, emotions, body, and all of the real... ity.
According to the Tibetan tradition of Jungdrung Bon, we live manifesting ourselves by the three forms of existence: body, speech and mind. All of our acts are connected to these three forms.
It is easy for us to recognize ourselves with our physical aspect, more difficult for us is to recognize our feelings, emotions, and our energy, and yet more difficult is to recognize the aspects of our mind.
Tsa, lung and tigle – canals, pranas, and consciousness, are the forms of our subtle structure, connected with the world of emotions and ours energy. The balance at the level of energy and the proper functionality of the canals, have an influence not only for our health, but also for the way in which we perceive ourselves and our surroundings. It happens like that, because the canals have an influence for our consciousness.
The Tsa Lung practices of the Tibetan Yoga help to concentrate a mind on breath, which leads it thru the various canals this way, that the practitioner is able to gain an access to the qualities, which he or she needs at the certain moment, and to expand them.
The Practice of the Nine Purifying Breaths is a fundamental breathing system, which purities our mind from the negative emotions, thoughts, and tendencies, this way, - helping us to remain in the state of balance and stillness. In its advanced form it supports perfectly the powerful processes, which goal is to free a practitioner from the negative emotions.
Body, breath, and awareness are the keys to achieve the changes here and now.
