At group meetings, each participant also receives consultations and guidance to individual practice in between workshops.
An integral part of the workshop is also a bath in the gong. Vibrations of gongs slow down brain waves and reduce stress. Sounds of gong goes to us not only by hearing but also by the experience of acoustic vibrations throughout the body. They help to release tension and anxiety and have a very strong cleansing effects.
The workshops are intended for all men, as well for beginners as for practicing yoga or other methods of working with the body, mind and breath.
