TSA-LUNG AN ANCIENT TECHNIQUE FOR MODERN YOGINS
We cordially welcome to the magical, unforgettable weekend, at the picturesque surroundings of rocks, nature and the friendly Ghosts of Highland, in Jerzmanowice near Cracow, and close to the Bats Cave.
Here, in our place, are being run the activities of Tsa Lung, the ancient technique of meditation on body and breath. These are the practices for the modern yogis – those, who search for the possibility to make changes in their lives, emotions, body, and all of the real... ity.
According to the Tibetan tradition of Jungdrung Bon, we live manifesting ourselves by the three forms of existence: body, speech and mind. All of our acts are connected to these three forms.
Establishing the chakras' energy balance with the help of essences
The tendency to gain and keep energy balance of physical body and the subtle bodies, reflects, like in a hologram, the fundamental drift of the entire Universe to the harmony and beauty – in spite of the omnipresent forces of chaos existing everywhere.
The knowledge about the methods of re-establishing the energy balance, accompanies mankind since the beginning of civilization, and generally since the beginning of the life on Earth. Nowadays, it has been forgotten for some time, mainly under an influence of incorrect views - domineering in the self-enamoured technique idea, shinning its triumphs in the age of industry. Currently, that knowledge is returning to humans - in connection with the numerous disappointments, which meet them by the synthetic drugs usage and the faint knowledge about the natural methods of body (not mentioning soul) treatment, amongst the medical world's representatives. However, as we know that, the nature is an invaluable treasury of knowledge and gifts, being in service for our good state. The Mother Earth has for us everything we need. For the every disturbance of balance, exists, somewhere in the world of plants, a ready and efficient antidote; but it is required to know it, and then to reach it.
